The Pipeline View is your quick glance at the state of your pipeline. This view is the easiest way to identify where your leads are in their journey and who deserves the extra attention to take them to the next stage.
The pipeline can be managed manually or using Pipeline Autopilot (available in the Scale package) where you can set rules on how and when deals move from stage to stage.
You have access to the Pipeline View by default when you go to the Leads tab and change the view of the page from the upper right corner.
In this article, we will walk through the different components of the Pipeline View, including:
Edit Pipeline Columns Order
The pipeline view is divided into columns based on the different stages a lead may be in.
If you want to change the order of the columns, just drag and drop them to the desired location.
To arrange the order of your Pipeline View columns, follow these steps:
In the Pipeline View, hover over the column header.
Click and hold with your left mouse button .
Drag the column to where you would like to place it.
Release the column.
Sort Pipeline Columns
Pipeline Columns can be sorted in the same way you sort leads in the list view.
Most of the Pipeline View column headers can be used to sort the list view.
To sort the Pipeline View to fit your preference, follow these steps:
In the top, right-hand menu, click the Sort & Filter button.
Choose the filter or sorting options to match your preferences.
Add New Stage Column
By default, you will see 6 pipeline columns available in the Pipeline view. However, you can add and remove as many pipeline columns as you like.
To add a new Pipeline Stage Column, follow these steps:
Click the + sign in between the last and second to last column
Give your stage a name and choose a highlight color
The stage is added at the end, you can now change the order.
