Only Leadcamp administrators can enable this integration. This admin also needs to be the Teamleader admin!
What you will be able to do:
Sync Leads (contacts in TM) and Accounts (companies in TL) between Leadcamp and Teamleader
Choose which contacts are pushed to Leadcamp from your Teamleader account
Automatically generate recommendations and custom tasks inside Teamleader
Add Qualification and Engagement scores to your Contacts and Companies in Teamleader
How to connect Leadcamp with Teamleader?
Go to the Integration section in Leadcamp > choose Teamleader > click Connect
Authenticate your Teamleader account
Create the below custom fields and sync tag
Syncing data between Leadcamp and Teamleader
Syncing data from Teamleader into Leadcamp happens through a custom tag that is either assigned to a Contact or Company. Read here how syncing works.
Create a custom tag
Navigate to "Settings" and click "CRM"
Click on the "+" symbol next to "Tags"
Give your tag the name of "Leadcamp Sync"
As type, choose "1 line text"
Now you can assign the tag to a contact or company.
Syncing Qualification and Heat Scores to Leadcamp
Note: you need to repeat this process for Contacts and Companies separately.
Creating custom fields to push Leadcamp's Heat Score and Qualification score to helps you fully understand your contacts engagement and company's ICP matching inside Teamleader.
Create a custom field
Navigate to "Settings" and click on "Custom Fields"
Click on the "+" symbol next to "Custom fields"
Name your custom field:
The one for Contacts should be: Leadcamp Score
The one for Companies should be: Company Score
Using 'For' Teamleader defines to which part of Teamleader Focus the custom field belongs. Create the first one for Contact level, the second one for Companies.
As type, choose "Number"
Click on “Save”
Repeat the process for Companies.
