With Zapier you can connect and sync data between Leadcamp and the other products you use, like CRM systems, sales automation platforms and more.
Triggers and actions are events that happen in the products you use. A Zap combines a trigger from one product with an action in another — whenever the trigger event occurs, Zapier automatically completes the action for you.
You can use any of these Leadcamp triggers and actions to connect with other products using Zapier.
New Prospect - Triggers when a new prospect is created.
New Account - Triggers when a new account/company is created.
Prospect Updated - Triggers when a prospect's details are updated.
Account Updates - Triggers when an account/company's details are updated.
Lead Score Changed - Triggers when the Leadcamp Heat Score changes.
Find Prospect - Finds an existing prospect
Find Account - Finds an existing account/company
Create or Update Prospect - create a new prospect if it doesn't exist yet, or update an attribute in Leadcamp if it already exists.
Create or Update Account - create a new account if it doesn't exist yet, or update an attribute in Leadcamp if it already exists.
Log Email - logs your email sent from a different platform
Log Call - logs calls made from third-party calling software
Create Prospect Note - adds a note on the prospect detail page
Log Link Click - adds a link click to the prospect's actions and counts it with the heat score calculations
Log Meeting - logs a meeting held via a third-party meeting platform
Create Task (Prospect) - creates a task on prospect level for all prospect owners
How to create a Zap
We're going to create this Zap from scratch. In your Zapier account, hover over the left sidebar menu and click Make a Zap.
First, add a trigger:
Choose your trigger app: the Zap will be triggered by an event that occurs in this app.
Select your trigger event: this will be the event that occurs in the selected app that triggers the Zap.
Select your app account: select or connect the specific app account to use in the Zap trigger.
Set up your trigger: set up your trigger options to fit your needs.
Test your trigger: test your trigger to see if it pulls in the right data.
When your trigger is set up successfully, a green checkmark icon will appear in the top left of the step.
Next, add an action:
Choose your action app: the Zap will perform an action in this app when it is triggered.
Select your action event: this will be the event that the Zap performs in the selected app when it is triggered.
Select your app account: select or connect the specific app account to use in the Zap action.
Set up your action set up the data that you want to send over to your action app
Test your action: test your action to see if it's working as expected.
When your action is set up successfully, a green checkmark icon will appear in the top left of the step.
Finally, turn on your Zap
After you set up and name your Zap, you're ready to turn it on.
In the upper right, click to toggle the switch ON.
Once your Zap is turned on, Zapier will run your action steps each time your trigger event occurs.
