What you will be able to do?

  • Sync leads and accounts between Leadcamp and HubSpot (all leads from Leadcamp and specific contacts from HubSpot);

  • Automatically log tracked emails to HubSpot by using our email extension;

  • Add Qualification and Engagement scores to your Companies and Contacts tables in HubSpot.

How to connect Leadcamp with HubSpot?

  1. Go to the Integration section in the Leadcamp platform, choose HubSpot, click "Connect" and go through the set up process.

  2. When you're done, all leads and accounts you add to Leadcamp will be synced with HubSpot and you will be able to log emails you send out with Leadcamp Gmail extension to HubSpot.

  3. If you wish to push Contacts and Companies to Leadcamp, read the next section.

  4. When integration is active, you will be able to synchronize existing entries and push all existing Leads and Accounts from Leadcamp to HubSpot (CRM). If Contacts and Companies in HubSpot (CRM) have matches in Leadcamp, they will be linked.

How to push specific Contacts and Companies to Leadcamp?

  1. Go to Default Properties for Contact record left sidebar in HubSpot (or View all properties in Contact record if you do not have Admin right in HubSpot - these changes will be visible only for you)

  2. Choose Sync

  3. Now all HubSpot users will be able to see sync field for each Contact record and will be able to set it as "On" when Contact needs to be pushed to Leadcamp. When sync is on, the Contact will be synced between Leadcamp and HubSpot.

  4. Repeat the above steps to push Companies from HubSpot to Leadcamp from Default Properties for Company record left sidebar (or View all properties in Company record if you do not have Admin right in HubSpot - these changes will be visible only for you).

How to show account and lead scores in Contact and Company records in HubSpot

  1. Go to Default Properties for Contact record left sidebar in HubSpot (or View all properties in Contact record if you do not have Admin rights in HubSpot - these changes will be visible only for you).

  2. Choose Lead Score

  3. Now all HubSpot users will be able to see Lead score field for each Contact record.

  4. Repeat the above steps to show account Qualification Score for Company records from Default Properties for Company record left sidebar.

How to show Scores and Sync states in Contacts and Company tables?

Go to edit columns and choose Leadcamp sync, Lead score for Contacts and Qualification score for Companies.
