Only Leadcamp administrators can enable this integration. This admin also needs to be the Salesforce admin!
What you will be able to do:
Sync Leads/Contacts and Accounts between Leadcamp and Salesforce
Automatically log emails to Salesforce using our email extension
Add Qualification and Engagement scores to your Leads/Contacts and Accounts in Salesforce
How to connect Leadcamp with Salesforce?
Go to the Integration section in Leadcamp > choose Salesforce > click Connect
Authenticate your Salesforce account
Choose whether Leadcamp leads should be synced as Leads or Contacts in Salesforce
Syncing data between Leadcamp and Salesforce
Note: you need to repeat this process for Lead/Contacts and Accounts separately.
Syncing between Leadcamp and Salesforce happens through a custom field that is either ticked on or off inside Salesforce.
To enable this, you need to create a custom field on both objects:
Click Setup in the top right corner of the navigation sidebar in Salesforce
Go to Objects and Fields > Object Manager
Select Lead (or Contact) to manage the Object
Select Account on your second run.Go to Fields & Relationships
Create a new field with the Data Type Checkbox
Name the field:
Field Label = "Leadcamp sync"
Field Name "Leadcamp_sync"
Default Value = "Unchecked"Copy the Field Name "Leadcamp_sync" and paste it in Leadcamp with the Salesforce settings.
Click Save
(Repeat for accounts)
How to use this setting
This sync setting allows you to only sync data that you want to actively work with in Leadcamp.
For example, you could set up a Salesforce workflow that, for example, automatically checks the Sync-box when certain variables are met.
When you enable this setting for a lead, Leadcamp will create the lead with all Salesforce information, enriched with ours and it will do the same for the linked account and sync keep all records in sync.

All Salesforce users will be able to see Leadcamp sync field for each Lead/Contact and Account and will be able to check it as On when needed to be pushed/synced to Leadcamp.
Newly identified leads and accounts in Leadcamp will always be automatically synced.
Syncing Qualification and Heat Scores to Salesforce
Note: you need to repeat this process for Lead/Contacts and Accounts separately.
The process is much like the previous one as we will create a custom field again:
Click Setup in the top right corner of the navigation sidebar in Salesforce
Go to Objects and Fields > Object Manager.
Select Lead (or Contact) to manage the Object
Select Account on your second run.Go to Fields & Relationships
Create a new field with the Data Type Percent and mark it as read-only
Name the field:
Field Label = "Leadcamp score"
Field Name = "Leadcamp_score"Copy the Field Name "Leadcamp_score" and paste it in Leadcamp with the Salesforce settings.
Click Save.
